Epoxidized Soybean Oil (ESO) is widely used in industry such as lubricants and coatings because it is cheap and synthesized from plants that is renewable. The objective of this research is to prepare ESO and crosslinking agent (B) at xESO+yB by volume where x is the ratio of ESO and y is the ratio of B at 1ESO+0.5B, 1ESO+0.75B, 1ESO+1B, 1ESO+2B and 1ESO+3B. The blended materials were mixed in a beaker, stirred with a stirrer and poured into an 1x1x1 inch silicone mold, and then heated to 160, 175, 190 and 205 °C for 1, 3 and 5 hours. The samples were tested for their chemical structure, hardness and thermal properties. In the chemical structure test by FTIR technique. It was found that ESO showed the wave number of 827 cm-1, which was the peak of the epoxy group. In the hardness test, it was found that at 160 °C, all ratios did not solidity and the workpiece began to harden at 175 °C and the hardness increased at the temperature of 190 °C as 1ESO+1B gave a maximum average hardness of 99.75 HA. However, the hardness decreased when the temperature was increased to 205 °C, because at this temperature the materials might be degraded. In addition, according to the thermal properties test it was found that at the ratio of 1ESO+1B, had at the lowest endothermic temperature of 129.21 °C, which can be concluded that the 1ESO+1B was the optimal proportion for the applications. This ratio was used to coat wood to prevent water absorption and coat nails to prevent rust. It was found that the water absorption of wood reduced and nails did not have rust.

Teamwork is a necessary skill for future software developers in software development projects. Successful teamwork for software development depends on the hard skills and soft skills of software developers. Soft skills are personality traits. Team members should understand similarities and respect the differences among team members in order to improve team efficiency. This research studied the effects of personality homogeneity on team performance by collecting data on147 third-year software engineering students developing software applications using the scrum technique for one year. The students were divided into 16 teams with 8–10 students per team. Personality traits were measured using MBTI personality assessment and team performance was measured using average software development scores from four different cycles which included scores from the software development process containing eight issues and 40 points, and scores from product evaluation which was ten points. Scores were given by ten software development experts. The results show that similarities in personality among team members have no impact on teamwork and quality of software. Although analyzed results were positively correlated, they were not statistically significant at 0.05.

This research is a solution to problems during the covid19 situation related to the consulting services available at universities. Because students are unable to enter the campus area, they are unable to communicate directly with workers from each department that provides student services, such as student affairs and registration, Internal telephones and social media platforms such as Facebook are commonly used for communication which the phone can only be used during office hours As for the online social channels, Facebook was found to be unsystematic and unable to track the results of the students' solutions. Therefore, the researcher has studied and developed the system by choosing a form of service as a web application for the technique of exchanging data using the principle of REST, which makes it possible to expand and support a large number of users. effective in the research, a case study was used for consulting in registration work. From the analysis of the system, it was found that questioning should be divided into groups. to make it easier to narrow the scope of the problem for the registration work, a total of 12 groups of questions were analyzed, namely requesting to open a course, registration, withdrawing a course, etc. The principle of the system is that the consultant must log in using the university's roster in order to Individual identification is then recorded through a web browser. and then upload the audio file into the system for the staff to listen and answer by answering the staff can both answer by voice and text. Students can also track counseling status through the system. The user satisfaction assessment of the system was divided into 7 aspects, 5 levels of satisfaction. It was found that the results of the assessment had a mean satisfaction of 4.07 and a standard deviation of 0.75. The results of the summary of the consulting system service via web applications are satisfied at a good level.

CORONA VIRUS 2019, also known as COVID-19, began to spread in December 2019. The first affected covid-19 person was found in Wuhan district, China, then COVID-19 impacted worldwide, including Thailand. This research uses the Data Mining technique by applying the Association Rule to understand customer behavior in people who buy orchid pots during the first coronavirus pandemic in Thailand. This study applies to the database of customer purchase transactions who buy orchid pots. This research adopts the FP-Growth model to understand the groups of products customers typically buy. Finally, the Association rule generates seven rules of orchid pot types that customers purchase in the same basket. Each rule shows Confidence, Lift, and Conviction range from 0.833 – 0.857, 2.629 – 5.602, 4.098 – 5.929, respectively. This study also deployed Predictive modeling by utilizing the Generalized linear model, Deep learning, Random Forest, and Gradient Boosted Tree. As a result of the Predictive model, Gradient Boosted Tree without Auto feature selection and feature extractions methods produce the lowest relative error at 15.2%. The association rule finds an orchid pot that customers purchased one of the items in the group. The expected result of this study is that orchid entrepreneurs can adopt this outcome from Association Rule and Predictive Modeling Analytics when a problematic situation similar to the COVID-19 pandemic happens again.

Data siloes are a major data management challenge in both public and business organizations. As a result of the organizational structure of work functions into numerous departments, each different department has distinct responsibilities and tends to create dependent software, applications and data systems to locally support its individual needs. Similar data are always stored in multiple silos or databases, and normally their data schema likes names and meanings are different from each other. As a result, users are perplexed on how to use those data coming from different silos of software applications. This research applies the data lake concept to solve the data silo problem. The scope of the research focuses on structured data silos. The objective of this research is to design a data lake architecture and its internal working framework by using Hive and Spark technologies to integrate data within a data lake and write functional testing programs in Java Spark. According to the result of testing based on a detailed developed framework, integrating data silos on data lakes can reduce data heterogeneity and data inconsistencies by 100%, and it was able to reduce the redundancy of the test data by 78.6% from the total of 13 separate data cases.

In this research, we characterized the morphology of V2O5 particles purchased from Sigma- Aldrich by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) . The V2O5 particles have a rod- like structure with a length and width of about 1.05 µm and 0.28 µm, respectively. X- ray diffraction spectrum of V2O5 powder indicates the orthorhombic V2O5 structure. The electrochemical property of the V2O5 film coated on Ni foam was tested by cyclic voltammetry (CV), and the oxidation and reduction peaks were clearly observed. The capacity of the Zn-ion battery based on the V2O5 cathode is 47.86 mAh g -1 under the current density of 50 mA g -1. EDX mapping analysis suggests that the charging/discharging processes would extract/insert the Zn2+ out/in the V2O5 film, respectively.
